Directions for use:

Once you have clicked on the icon the following window will pop up, Please click on run.




The next window will ask you to confirm you wish to run the file, Please click run again.




The last window is the IDT services operator window, please double click on the operator are speaking to.

You can close the connection at any time simply by right clicking the icon in the system tray (below) and selecting close.
