Let us take the hassle from running your school computer systems with a maintenance agreement. With regular visits, telephone support and emergency call outs we can provide a professional and cost effective solution to all your ICT needs.

Listed below is a schedule or our agreements:


Onsite Visits
We will provide one or two half day onsite visits every month (depending on the contract). These visits will be from either 9am to 12:30pm or 1:00pm to 4:30pm on a fixed day per month of the schools choice. The school may use this time in any way they wish, on any system or network in the school. Visits can be saved and combined for big jobs (server replacements for example)
Possible uses of visits include:

Software installation
Training
System Upgrades
Server Management
Website work
Planning & advice. etc

Or any of the items listed on the education page

Should none of the above be needed on any particular month then a network health check can be carried out. A network suite would normally need to be free during this time.

Emergency Call Out
Should any emergency arise in between monthly visits then a next day (or sooner) visit will be arranged. There is a limit of 3 call outs per month, additional call outs will be chargeable at £65 (unless it relates to a previous callout). Replacement parts are not covered by this scheme, however we can provide replacement parts at a very reasonable cost or the school can provide the parts via their own preferred source.

Telephone Support
Telephone Support is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday – excluding bank and public holidays.

Rates and Payment
- One half day visit per month (excluding summer holiday), emergency call out and telephone support - £2000 per year, paid monthly at £182 per month

- Two half day visit per month (excluding summer holiday), emergency call out and telephone support - £3500 per year, paid monthly at £318 per month

An invoice will be provided at the end of each visit and payment should be received within 30 days of that time.

Cancellation
We don’t tie you to us for a year. Should the school decide to terminate the contract for any reason only a one month notice period is required.
